Stay At The Age Of 40 Years Of Good Health

Excessive fat diet is lost to anyone's health. And the bad results of this meal appear to accompany the aging. Especially since 30, there are many types of illnesses in the body. Increased fat, fat becomes fat, the body becomes fat. If you want to stay physically healthy even after 40 and want to stay physically fit then remember some tips during exercise.





1. If you have trouble getting up in the morning then there is no need to rise in the morning. If you wake up early in the morning, do some free-hand exercises. Some half-hour physical exercises will help keep your body fit and healthy when you wake up.


2. Do some normal exercises that will eliminate excess fat on your heart and help your life.


3. Grow up in the morning and practice half an hour walking. If you do not want to go alone, make one or two or three friends with whom you can go every morning to walk.


4. There must always be some warm up before any complex physical exercise, like before any game. It does not require any kind of hand strain during exercise.


5. Be sure to keep a bottle of water before going to Morning Wai. Because Morning WA will require thirsty water for a little while. For this reason, after drinking water out of the body, you will drink a little water to fill the amount of water.


6. Do not ever exercise in an empty stomach. This can lead to other types of problems related to low pressure. Because of this, you can eat biscuits or apple without fat, before going to exercise.


7. Do not walk in the morning after a meal or just after dinner. Walk after 15-20 minutes to rest.


8. Develop a habit of going to your home or office by stepping up the elevator. If you flip through the stairs 6 times a day, then it will work for 30 minutes’ walk.
