Kidney is one of the many organs of human body. There are
two kidneys in the body of the human body which protect the body's water
balance and distribute various contaminated substances. Kidney disease is a
silent killer. Number of patients suffering from kidney diseases in Bangladesh
is increasing day by day. Many people die this disease every year. The
treatment of such diseases is quite expensive. So kidney care should be taken
in advance. So, know today that there are 10 ways to keep kidney good.
Drink enough water:
Every day at least 8 glasses of water or liquid should be
eaten. However, excessive sweating will increase the amount of water intake.
Drinking enough water does not cause kidney stones and its normal function is
correct.
Eat less salt:
Eating extra salt in the food is harmful to kidney health.
There is only one teaspoon of salt per day in human body. So, avoid eating
excess salt in the diet to keep kidney healthy.
Avoid eating extra protein proteins:
Playing beef, pork, etc., have additional pressure on the
kidneys. Even chips, fast food, processed foods, Instant noodles and grated
nuts with salt are very harmful for kidneys. If there is excessive protein on
the food list, there is a possibility of kidney damage and kidney weak cells.
So keep Protein Protein Fishes or Dal Protein in the food list.
Keep blood pressure normal:
If blood pressure above 140/90 increases the risk of kidney
problems. So try keeping blood pressure always 130/80 or less to keep the
kidneys better. To reduce blood pressure, exercise regularly and eat less salt.
Keep diabetes under control:
If the diabetes is not controlled, the risk of kidney
disease increases. So check the amount of regular blood sugar. If Sugar is
over, avoid sweet foods.
Beware of medicines:
Almost all drugs are harmful to the kidneys. Especially
pain-relieving medicines are not good for kidneys. If you do not know the rules
and buy yourself a medicines, then you will suddenly become a major kidney
damage. So take the doctor's advice before taking any medication.
Do not eat more vitamins than needed:
Vitamin C is not needed in the body of 500 milligrams of
human body daily. There is a possibility of having kidney stones when consuming
more vitamin C than regular requirement. So take 500 milligrams of vitamin A or
less of Vitamin C per day.
Leave soft drinks:
Many people drink soft drinks or drinks of various types of
energy instead of water. Such drinks are very harmful for kidneys. So avoid
soft drinks and drink water whenever you get thirsty.
Quit smoking and drinking:
Due to smoking and drinking, the blood flow to kidneys
gradually decreases and this reduces kidney function. As a result, smokers and
alcoholic people were attacked at one stage and they were diagnosed with kidney
disease.
Examine the kidneys
High blood pressure, diabetes, excess weight or kidney
problems of the family are at risk of kidney disease. Those who have a risk of
kidney disease should have regular kidney tests.
